Upon receipt of the approved list price from our client, we list the property within 12 hours on the Multiple Listing Service. We will post a For Sale sign on the property and advertise the property for sale using methods customary for the marketplace. We will submit a copy of the MLS listing to our client. List Price Reductions
We complete Monthly Marketing Reports by the 5th of every month and provide the client with an updated BPO every 90 days or according to the client's requirements. Any price changes are entered and advertised within 12 hours after client approval.
Offer and Offer Negotiation
We submit all offers to our client as soon as they are received. All offers, counteroffers, and other offer activity will be documented in RIO Genesis. We ensure that the buyer is financially qualified and all contracts are complete and fully executed. Offers and negotiations will be tracked and documented utilizing RIO Genesis software. When all offer terms are accepted, a contract will be generated through the RIO Genesis system.
